The studio has helped me so much with my health over the last 7 weeks. I have gained strength & muscle tone, and all whilst losing around 7kgs! I'm currently in the best shape and fitness of my life (having worked 15 years in I.T. and eating junk, not exercising, and not sleeping the whole time). I started the journey with fatty liver, very high cholesterol, and prediabetes. In such a short time, all my symptoms are gone and I'm mentally and physically strong for my newborn largely because of BFT training and improving nutrition. The team is amazingly supportive and I feel like I'm just working out with friends! Can't recommended BFT Otahuhu enough!!
